Padstow RNLI all-weather lifeboat launched on Sunday (2 July) at to help a 12 meter yacht off Perranporth.
The lifeboat reached the yacht at and Newquay RNLI lifeboat crew were already on scene. The yachts propeller was caught in fishing net and so required a tow from the Padstow Tamar Class lifeboat, Spirit of Padstow.
The crew established a tow line and due to the tides the yacht was left safely moored to the Padstow lifeboats mooring in the Camel Estuary.
